Ousedale School and St Paul's Catholic School have reached the final of the Milton Keynes Parliamentary Debating Competition.
The debates were on the statements: "The US, not the EU should be the UK’s primary focus for a post-Brexit trade agreement." and "The Iran Nuclear Deal is no longer fit for purpose."
Ousedale, Stantonbury, Oakgrove, St. Paul’s and Walton High took part in the semi-final debates on Thursday night with Ousedale and St Paul's making it to the final.
Ben Everitt said: "I was so impressed with all the young people involved in last night's semi-final debates, it's great to see how many talented students we have in Milton Keynes."
"I wish Ousedale and St Paul's all the best in the final in Westminster, and want to thank Stantonbury, Oakgrove and Walton High for their impressive contributions. They would all have been worthy finalists!"
