Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, has welcomed a £31.9 million increase in funding for Thames Valley Police.

The overall funding is the biggest increase in funding for the police system in a decade and is part of the Conservatives’ manifesto promise to crackdown on crime.
